MedSynthesis s.r.o. explains here what personal data this site collects, why, and how you can contact us about it. This is an informational website for healthcare professionals - it has no online purchasing, cart or checkout.

What we collect

We collect what you submit through our forms, plus anonymous visit statistics. For those statistics we use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service: it sets no cookies, stores no personal identifier and records page views only in aggregate. We do not use advertising trackers.

Consultation requests

When you send a consultation request we receive your name, role or specialty, hospital or clinic, email address and your message, plus an optional phone number and department of interest. We use these details solely to reply to your request by email.

Newsletter signup

If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and your explicit consent to receive occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

We set one cookie, named lang, when you choose a language from the language switch at /lang/<locale>. It stores your language preference for one year and is not used for tracking.
